Shipping & Returns
After your item is ordered, I put a lot of time and care into packaging so it gets to you safely. Unfortunately, once the item is out of my hands, I can't always ensure that others will handle it as delicately. Although my methods for shipping ceramic and dried flowers are tried and true, there is a rare possibility that they will arrive damaged.
Creations can only be returned if they are received damaged. If an item arrives damaged and you would like to return it, please send a photo within one week of arrival to email@example.com and we can discuss a plan for reimbursement. You are only able to return a damaged item for thirty days after arrival. After thirty days, the sale is final. It is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping costs. Please carefully package the item you are returning. If an item arrives in worse shape than the customer received it, a reimbursement will not be issued. With that said, we encourage you to get insurance on the item you are returning.
I try my best to repurpose shipping materials. Your item may arrive in a new box or a previously used box with a variety of "fluff" inside. By reusing these materials, we can keep them out of the landfill and it also reduces the cost of packaging for the customer. Thank you so much for accepting recycled packing material!
